Hajime and Tatsumi meet with Shuji Sata, the Foreign Affairs 5 Site Supervisor Chief, at an incident site and Shuji notes that Hajime is late. The researcher Shizuchiyo explains that the lockdown was completed 72 minutes ago within 100-meters of the incident, and agents are gathering information and erasing memories. Hajime decides to take a look and sees an octopus-like alien coming out of a human. Hajime activates his equipment and tries attacking it, but the alien runs away and hides in a factory.
